I'm a relatively "native" Floridian (born in Boston but genetically connected to North Florida) - I grew up in Jacksonville and then Central Florida (Polk County). Though my professional life has consisted of being a public-school educator/administrator, I've had a penchant for photography since a gift of a Pentax K-1000 in high school.
